The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities in SingHealth. JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will be involved in monthly financial closing, annual budgeting cycle and financial projection activities, as well as provide financial analysis to support the various needs of the company.

You are expected to:

• Perform monthly and year-end financial closing activities and provide analysis of actuals vs budget
• Ensure compliance with NUHS policies, international accounting standards and tax regulations
• Business partnering with internal stakeholders on their annual budget plan, financial projections and Capex management
• Support new systems testing, review of workflows and integrated user acceptance testing when required
• Be a key financial resource, and provide value added support to the business partners in and advise them on operational financial matters

Reporting to the Senior Manager, CGH Population Health Office Deputy Chairman, the Manager is responsible to provide administrative support in the strategic planning and driving the development of new care integration initiatives undertaken by the office. The Manager will also be responsible for seeking out appropriate community and industry partners in support of the development of new care integration initiatives and established programmes undertaken by the office. • To engage CGH’s internal clinical and operational business units from SingHealth institutions and MOH/AIC to identify care integration needs, conceptualise, develop and implement new initiatives.

We are looking for driven individuals to be part of HSA’s Blood Resources Division- Blood bank team, where you will play a key role in securing the nations’ blood supply. In this front-facing role, the individual will perform essential blood collection support duties in a dynamic and close-knit team. You may be deployed to any of the blood bank sites in Singapore or Mobile Blood collection sites.

Responsibilities:-

• As a first point of contact with Donors at our blood collection centres, handle enquires, assist with next appointment bookings, and manage feedback accordingly.
• Perform registration duties which include registering donor for donation and phlebotomy linking.
• Conduct haemoglobin testing and capping which includes taking blood for haemoglobin test, explaining to donor on deferral if required, checking, sorting blood bags and sample tubes before passing it to the laboratory.
• Support blood collection team with necessary Operational Admin follow up duties.

Requirements:-

• Open to be rostered to support morning, afternoon and weekend shifts, across a 5-day work week and are not required to perform night shift.

Deliver Child Protection Services

• Act as the first point of contact for all RC staff to get in touch with regards to child safe matters, including sharing about observations of potential risks to child safety.
• Conduct investigations received about child safety and risk of maltreatment, which involves conducting interviews with the child and involved parties to assess the level of harm or future risk of harm
• Provide support to the client and/or the family during the course of investigation

Develop and Implement Prevention Initiatives

• Implement the Rainbow Centre Child Protection Policy and procedures
• Closely monitor and proactively review the policy and procedures to ensure relevance and its fit for purpose
• Track organisational data and trends in relation to child safety and translates into recommendations to address potential gaps
