• Assists Lead Engineer in developing concept for new project work;
• To develop Civil & Structural framing plans, layouts from concept stage to basic engineering stage to further detailed engineering stage for smaller to larger projects;
• Assists Lead Civil and Structural Lead in developing Civil and structural details, drawings, calculations, specifications for larger projects;
• Works independently in the detailed design, specifications, and calculations;
• Develops Expertise in carrying out design works to comply to local code requirements;
• Ensures that the drawings developed for the project comply to project standards/ company standards;
• Assists Lead Engineer in dealing with shop drawings, vendor print review and comment, if necessary or as advised by the Lead Engineer;
• Assists Lead Engineer working on developing necessary documents as per project requirement and also assist Lead Engineer in analyzing output results;
• Assists Lead Engineer in meeting with client in kick off meeting or other weekly meeting as and when needed;
• Provides guidance to the Assistant Engineer, Engineer in carrying out the design works;
• Visits Client site as and when necessary and as advised by Lead Engineer;
• Assists in technical report writing, compiling and coordinating;
• Assists Project Managers in achieving project completion within budget and on schedule;
• Addresses site issues related to design;
• Supports construction on solving process design issues. Visit site to check and analyses issues;

• Requirements
• Master Degree in Engineering (Civil)/Structural Engineering
• Must possess Construction safety course for project managers certificate issued in Singapore.
• Familiar with the Local authorities requirements for civil and structural submissions

Responsibilities:

• Review specifications, clarifications, and drawings.
• Schedule works, requisition materials, control costs, and supervise projects.
• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and M&E teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely progress and compliance with safety and regulations.
• Conduct QA/QC and enforce safety on-site.
• Prepare progress and handover reports.
• Handle additional assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalents.
• Working experience in A1/A2 building companies is preferred.

Job Descriptions

• Attends and conducts daily toolbox briefing, weekly briefing & to participate PSCC meeting.

• Creates Punch List, Updating and closing in PIMS.
• Prepares & follow up for signing Mechanical Completion Dossier (MC), signing (By Client) System Completion Dossier (SCD).
• Coordinates and arranges Tri Party Walk down, Discipline Completion Walk down (DCC) & Mechanical Completion Walk down (MC Walk down).
• Follow ups of completion hand over certificates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering disciplines, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
• 5 years of relevant working experience in construction of offshore platform industry
• Knowledge in PIMS – Omega365 and ProCo System
• Able to read P&ID and Test Pack Limits.
• A pass in shipyard supervisor safety course
• Must be a team player & be able to work closely with other discipline supervisors
• Willing to work late hours and rotating day or night shifts

· Willing to work retail hours (split shift work, weekends and public holidays)

1. Conversation with clients to determine the services that they need.

2. Evaluate clients to locate painful or tense areas of the body.

3. Interview clients to determine of an illnesses or medical conditions that they may have which will keep them from taking proper benefit from massage treatments.

4. Provide clients with knowledge of different types of available massages and suggest appropriate massage therapies for individual clients.

5. Explain massage procedure and provide information about oils and creams used during massage.

6. Perform massaging activities according to each client’s instructions

(pressure and preferred oil / cream)

7. Talk to clients (minimally) during massage treatments to ensure their wellbeing during the procedure.

8. Use aids such as infrared lamps, ice and hot or cold compresses to help with massage.

9. Maintain a constructive attitude and add toward a quality work environment.

10. Help in all areas of massage operation as requested by organization

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
