Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Working hours per week: 42 hours
• Mondays to Thursdays: 8 am to 5 pm (including 30 minutes lunch)
• Fridays: 8 am to 4.30 pm (including 30 minutes lunch)
• Service usually not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The personnel will be deployed to assist the Infocomm Club and shall be competent to perform the following duties and responsibilities
CCA Training
- To conduct structured computing programmes on coding (using Swift playgrounds, Scratch, Micro:bit and Makecode Arcade), App development (using Thunkable and GameSalad), 3D printing (using Tinkercad and Sketchup) and graphics (using Inkscape)
- To conduct structured computing programmes on “Learning with iPad” as part of 1:1 Personalised Learning Device Programme
- To conduct structured computing programmes on Learning Management System: Student Learning Space, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Apple Classroom
- To conduct structured computing programmes on Edtech tools such as gamification, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality.
- To maintain IT tools and software used for IT programmes, workshops and Project Work
AV System & Photography
- To assist Info-Comm Club teachers-in-charge in the conduct of students AV training and support all school events and functions.
- To assist in the maintenance of school PA system.
- To assist in setting up and hosting of live streaming of school events (using OBS)
- To assist students for video productions, edit videos for school events (using Final Cut Pro)
- To monitor and drive the use of Recording Studio among the students.
Makerspace
- To conduct and organise makerspace workshops and maintain the makerspace.
- Assist Students with the use of the equipments in the Makerspace
Others
- To assist in providing IT training workshops to teachers in using Edtech for teaching and learning
- To co-teach lower secondary Project Work in coding using Design Thinking framework
- To assist in any other tasks required by HOD ICT, SH ICT, ICT Manager, Principal & Vice-Principals.
Requirements:
1. Qualification
• ITE / Diploma holder in IT-related discipline
• Professional certifications
2. Digital literacy knowledge and skills in:
- Has knowledge and able to teach use of Apple hardware and application ecosystem (Personal Learning Device, iPad)
- Has knowledge and skills and able to teach use of Edtech tools o Apps development (Thunkable and GameSalad)
- 3D Printing (Tinkercad and Sketchup)
- Programming (Scratch, Micro:bit, Makecode Arcade, Swift playgrounds and Micro:bit)
- Productivity tools (MS 365, Google Workspace ecosystem)
- Creative tools (video and photo editing, like Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Premier Pro)
- Collaborative learning tools (padlet, classkick)
- Gamification, AR and VR tools (Reality Composer)
- Has knowledge and skills and able to teach operating AV systems
- Has knowledge and skills and able to teach use of broadcasting tools (OBS) to support events
- Has knowledge and skills and able to teach use of maker tools
3. Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in designing and conducting coding and makerspace programme workshops.
• At least 2 years of experience in training students to operate AV systems to support events.
