ROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES

• To carry out daily checks of the assigned vehicles before operating
• To load, unload and transport goods
• To ensure that loaded items are properly latched
• To carry out the tasks as instructed by the respective supervisor in charge
• To ensure that the receiver receives the goods/materials in good conditions and order
• To ensure that the receiver checks and inspects the goods/materials and returns the signed D.O back to HQ supervisor
• To ensure that the mobile machine is in good condition and is operated according to procedures and in compliance with the safety procedure

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Primary education
• Possesses a Class 5 driving licence
• Completion of WSQ Lorry Crane Operator course
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in operating lorry cranes
• Basic knowledge in preventive maintenance of vehicle
• Must have Valid CraneOperation Licence

Description

Reporting to Senior Document Controller and Project Manager. He/She is responsible for ensuring all technical documents are file and maintain under the organisation document control procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and filing of technical documents and correspondence with internal and external customers for all document transmitted
• Control the issuance and submission of documents to Clients and ensure that timelines are duly met
• Effectively keep track and manage the flow of documentations
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
• Maintain list of documents and ensure that the documentation is in good order and as per Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• File, record and maintain documents in both electronic and physical copies
• Contribute to compilation of final project dossiers, as built portfolios and archiving
• Monitoring and Updating EDCL (Engineering Document Control List) to ensure all the drawings/documents status are in latest condition Produce exception reports on late documentation for management review
• Co-ordinating drawings/documents flow between site and main office in Singapore
• Preparing in Mechanical Catalogues for submission to client
• Other general administrative tasks as assigned by Reporting Supervisor or Project Manager

Requirements

• ITE, GCE O Level or Diploma in Engineering preferred but those with relevant working experience in Oil and Gas industry is an added advantage
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in working as Document Controller
• Meticulous and proficient in MS office
• Basic analytical experience
• Proficient typing skills, good verbal and written communication skills
• Data organization and storage knowledge
• Willing to work in Jurong Island

• Daily Update of Project/Operation Progress to immediate superior
• To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality
• To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime
• Attend complete orientation, introduction of superior, JSJD, clear scope of work and necessary drawing or documents on First day of work on site
• Coordinate with client and other Contractors for the project interface activities
• Liaise with site HSE personnel to ensure corporate policies, practices and procedure one met
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
• Managing project scope and change control with commercial or without commercial impact
• Monitor and ensure supervisor plan and instruct and monitor in DWI
• *Monitoring project progress and performance
• Plan monthly works schedule and set productivity to be achieved
• Prepare MSRA
• Prepare Tender Review Checklist Part 1, 2 & 3, ATQ & Notice of Tender Inquiry & Tender submission
• Prepare Vendor/Sub-Contractor Pre-qualification document & check list
• Prepare and update MRMS
• Project Planning, Progress Reports and Claims
• Proposed training for worker on live cable handling
• Providing status reports to the management
• Request and plan min Two days in advance for full PPE (if applicable), schedule of SIC, site location and contact Personal on the first day of work
• Responsible & accountable to ensure compliance with company, regulatory and client's policies and procedures. Ensure local regulations policies and procedures are incorporated into the business unit plan
• Review and monitor construction activity schedule including the analysis of costs, progress and other productivity data
• To fulfill and achieve higher weekly and daily target
• To monitor the progress of projects against planned
• To plan, monitor and ensure manpower, materials, equipment and tools are ready for day to day work activities
• To take on additional appointments from time to time assigned by the company's authorized officer, and carry out the duties of such appointment duly and diligently to enhance the company image and to improve the company's business opportunities
• To verify technical specifications for adequacy
• Update and report daily progress status and look ahead minimum 3days plan
• Working closely with main contractor and client to ensure the project meets the required needs
• Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems
• Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals

• Job function - 70% Admin 30% Customer Support
• Able to commence from Jan/Feb 2024
• Office located at Jurong East (3 mins walk from Jurong East MRT)

Administration - 70%

• Day to day administrative duties.
• Data entry, reporting and invoicing
• Manage calender and schedule of bookings
• Update spreadsheets and prepare monthly reports

Customer Support - 30%

• Answering phone calls and taking appointment bookings and etc
• Responding to Email and Whatsapp inquiries
• Attend to customers’ enquiries, and feedback  via phone calls, emails, and Whatsapp

Job Requirements

• Min GCE A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
• Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
• Previous admin & coordination experience is an advantage.
• Detailed-oriented and resourceful.
• Possess good organizational skills and time management.
• Customer centric with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel

Job Description

• Perform dimensional control inspection of module structure, piping, Tie in point coordinates, equipment, Flange face out using total stations and BEST FIT software
• Advise construction team on construction sequence, installation, and appropriate rectifications based on Dimensional tolerance
• Coordinate with Client inspectors for dimensional control inspections as per Inspection and test plan.
• Generate dimensional control reports and get it approved from clients
• Ensure periodic calibration of survey equipment
• Alignment, position and elevation control for the steel structure and pipeline
• Preparing a dimension inspection report for before welding and after welding

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years experience in dimensional control inspections using total stations
• Working knowledge in AutoCAD
• Understanding of Structural & piping ISO drawings
• Familiar with usage of Leica & Sokkia total stations and using dimensional control software such as BEST FIT
