Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training is preferred.

The Role of Vigeo's Personal Trainer:

• Guide students how to train effectively: Passionately coach and motivate students in a safe and highly engaging fitness environment, utilizing our unique Vigeo personal trainer system.
• Coach in a small group setting: Lead small group training sessions (up to 4 clients) in a safe and engaging environment, ensuring proper exercise technique and client safety.
• Foster a positive atmosphere and experience by motivating and inspiring clients to achieve their full potential by providing ongoing support and encouragement.
• Help coach each students beyond the gym by offering guidance and support through regular check-ins on their daily exercise, nutrition and habits.
• Cultivate and maintain Vigeo's community Grow the Vigeo Community by contributing to building a strong, supportive community spirit within the gym.

Pay: $3,000 per month

Schedule: 5.5 days work week

Weekdays:

• Morning shift: 7.45am - 3.15pm

• Afternoon shift: 1.45pm - 9.15pm

Weekend:

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurancesystem.
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and MandE engineering works.
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried

Requirement :

• Atleast four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil engineer, of which at least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to works in this Contract.
• The RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control and accepted by Institute of Engineer Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction activities related to Dwall construction, deep excavation, C&C tunnels, drainage systems, pavement construction, taxiways, and runways.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and schedule updates.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or .
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer in construction projects, preferably with experience in Singapore.
• Proficiency in project management and construction supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Collaborate with management to align QC strategies with overall business goals, driving organizational capabilities and process improvements to support growth.
• Plan and execute QC activities, supporting the development and implementation of production schedules, policies, and programs.
• Oversee QC and logistics budgets, ensuring alignment with timelines, tasks, and customer quality expectations for on-time delivery.
• Drive QC and logistics operations to meet performance goals, ISO procedural requirements, and compliance with quality management systems.
• Identify, track, and report key performance metrics to monitor QC and logistics process consistency and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the QC team to uphold industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality control within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Budgeting and project management experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
