• Ensure all front of house staff adhere to the ‘company code of conduct’ and ‘standard operating procedures’
• Monitor staff closely to identify any transgressions throughout service so that these can be addressed immediate
• Monitor staff service levels to establish any areas that require attention or further training and provide training where required
• Ensure the correct set up for functions and bookings for the day
• Ongoing menu and beverage training as well as developing regular tests
• Assist the food and beverage manager with HR related matters

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-7 years’ experience in a End to End Management of Retail and Wholesale Food Processing
• Must have 3-5 years End to End Food processing work experience in FAASOS PRODUCTS
• A strong grasp of operational systems (Micros POS and Opera) and computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook
• Food & Beverage product knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• A willingness and passion to serve
• Presentable and well groomed
• Ability to work long hours, day and night, including weekends and holidays
• A passion to learn, teach and drive improvement in employees
• International experience in a similar environment and travelling experience will be advantageous

Our client is currently hiring Facilities Supervisor from the Biomedical Manufacuturing Industry. The successful incumbent is responsible for managing the Company Building, Facility, Estate and Utility

equipment and leads a team of technicians to manage the entire building and facility equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Facility Manager pertaining to the well keeping of the Company building and facility equipment.
• Manages the daily facility and building maintenance work to meet the Company’s objectives
• Evaluates the facility and building condition, and make proposals to immediate superior to drive improvement and take preventive maintenance measure to ensure building and facility equipment is in good working condition
• Ensure compliance to Regulatory, Safety and Standards (GMP, ISO)
• Carry out scheduled maintenance of building and facility equipment
• Ensure all facility equipment is in good working condition

• Ensure expenses are within the budget and ensure proper project management

Requirements:
