The Senior Executive will take on the supervisory role in guiding the junior Executive in CQPV activities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC

1. Perform the administrative, management and coordination of the YH's patient safety, clinical risk, quality improvement programmes, and HPO activities such as mortality and morbidity review, clinical quality review, focused clinical audits, clinical indicators analysis and reporting, hospital incident reporting, serious reportable events (SRE) and patient safety walkabouts.

2. Identify clinical issues by various means, e. g., case review, incident reporting. clinical quality data analytics, which may require escalation and further investigations and subsequent recommendation development and implementation by working with relevant stakeholders to facilitate quality improvement initiatives in YH.

3. Collect, analyse and monitor the performance for clinical indicators of the hospital, committees, departments, HPO and provide updates to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. To integrate and provide data analytics for clearer oversight and support clinical decision-making capabilities to improve clinical care.

4. Provide secretariat support to YH Clinical Board and its Quality Assurance subcommittees, SRE committee and HPO Chair within YH. Job Descriptions :

• Use software tools to design PV ground-mounted and rooftop systems
• Perform accurate system sizing calculations
• Create electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems, using computer-aided design (CAD)/ PVsyst software
• Run PVsyst reports for system production estimates
• Develop optimal designs with SLD, PML, conduit, and wire scheduling, routing and equipment plans, and conceptual 3-D renderings
• Execute designs that adhere to grid compliance and permitting requirements Building detailed bills of materials based on system specifications
• Manage relationships with various equipment vendors, contractors, and third- part engineering team
• Troubleshoot design and construction issues in the field
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirement :

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience
• A positive attitude and are passionate about solar energy
• Preferably to have a good track record of solar projects
• Critical thinking and problem-solving

Responsibilities:

• Assist on public relation programme in relation to the master work programme to meet the project(s) goals
• To deal and manage feedbacks and complaints from the public tactfully and render full support on all press and public relations matters related to the Contract
• To give advance notice to the public through distributing pamphlets, letters and other publicity materials approved by the authority prior commencement of the work
• To explain and brief the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the works on the impact of the construction activities before each construction stage
• To arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary
• To provide periodic updates and disseminate information to the public in relation to the construction works
• To prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints received and the respective actions taken against them;
• Arrange for defect inspections in response to feedback by stakeholders
• Record and follow up on feedback until closure of case
• Perform site inspections, handle public concerns and issues.
• To promote and maintain a good relationship with the public before and during the full period of construction
• Perform other public relations tasks assigned by management
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent with at least 3 years' working related experience as a PRO in the construction industry
• Experienced in civil construction industry is an added advantage
• Analytical and meticulous
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and long hours
• Good communication skills. (verbal and written)
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently
