Job Description

• Assist Construction Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations on site.
• Assist Construction Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
• Support Project Manager / Site Manager in the volume business through coordination, follow-up and reporting the progress and quality of the overall project Programming.
• Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule.
• Assist in the planning and deployment of manpower and resources to meet operational needs.
• Manage site activities and contractors at work site.
• Preparation of construction schedule, monitoring of production and subcontractor’s work progress.
• Able to handle with technical method statement (Civil Engineering).
• Cost control measures & wastage control.
• Attending of site progress meeting.
• To monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
• Work closely with consultant, sub-contractor.
