We are looking for a dedicated Admin Executive to handle a variety of office administration duties, with a focus on supporting HR operations, managing staff-related tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. General Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain databases, and assist with other computer-related tasks.
   Handle phone calls and correspondence, including e-mails and letters.
   Assist in preparing and managing invoicing tasks.
   Supervise and support staff operations, including planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.

3. Facilities & Operations Support: Act as a point of contact for facilities-related inquiries.
   Collaborate with facilities management, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance and repair issues.
   Compile and coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and service requests.
   
4. Document Management & Compliance: Maintain and organize office documents, records, and any other administrative paperwork required by management.
   Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with regulatory standards.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Diploma or O-Level, Nitec, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related administrative role with Construction company.

• Active in clinical practice;
• Possess basic medical and postgraduate qualifications from the accredited medical universities or medical schools which are registrable with the Singapore Medical Council;
• Must be successfully registered with the Singapore Medical Council and accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board, Ministry of Health;
• Able to work independently with demonstrated competence in managing patients in a multi-discipline environment; and
• Confident, takes initiatives and a good team player
