Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Lead Quality Engineer will:

a) Cultivate a continual improvement culture and “design for quality” mindset within the project team.

b) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project processes comply with project specifications and Company requirements during the FEED and Execution Phases of the project.

c) Assist the Project Quality Manager in implementing the Project Quality Plan, which is developed by the Standards and Compliance section of the Project Management Office.

d) Assist the Project Quality Manager to ensure that the Project Execution Plan is duly followed by the Project Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Focus: Develop and review Quality documents ensuring alignment to Company and Project requirements during FEED and Execution Phases.Assist the Project Quality Manager to implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and other quality deliverables as per Company requirements.Conduct and participate in project audits according to the audit program, monitoring the resolution of findings and corresponding corrective actions.
• Collaborative Coordination : Engage with different departments, suppliers, and subcontractors as necessary to integrate quality requirements into project specifications.Assist to attend Technical Bid Clarification Meetings (BCMs) and review/response Technical Bid Clarifications during Feed Phase Assist in planning, promoting, organizing, and conducting QAQC training activities for the project team and subcontractors.
• Analytical Skills and Problem Solving : Monitor quality trends and prepare and present reports to the Project Quality Manager and relevant teams as needed.Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to measure/monitor quality performance level against project KPIsInvolve in investigation and addressing customer complaints regarding quality.Coordinate and monitor the root cause analysis of non-conformities, correction and corrective actions, and site observations.

Job Requirements

• Experience : Min. 10 years of QAQC experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role. Min of 2 FPSO/FSO Projects Completion.
• Skills : Proven track record with strong coordination skills. Excellent planning and organizing skills.Excellent communicator Excellent collaborator with cross-functional teams In-depth knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9002, API Q1/Q2).

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting all technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.

· Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other).

· Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.

· Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.

· Provide advice and resolve any emerging problems or deficiencies creatively.

· Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.

· Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.

· Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.

· Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.

· Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety, etc., and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

· Able to raise technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.

· Familiar with civil engineering drawings and raise technical queries to resolve discrepancies between drawings in relation to site conditions during project execution.

· Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection to ensure that the works were executed to contract drawings and requirements.

· Carry out duties in accordance with workplace safety programs, procedures, and policies.

· Act as a point of contact and facilitate between Tenders and External Consultants.

· Be accountable for preparing technical proposals for tenders, including master programs, method statements, resources allocation charts, traffic/utilities diversion plans, risks identification & mitigation plans, etc., as per tender requirements.

Logistics and Warehouse Management Responsibilities:

· Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.

· Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.

· Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers.

· Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.

· Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.

· Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

· Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.

· Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.

· Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

· Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.

· Familiarity with construction management software packages.

· Ability to plan and see the "big picture".

· Competent in conflict and crisis management.

• Lead Food Safety risk assessment and quality records (QRs) for escalation on lines as per Global GMP lifecycle policy.
• Provides support and inputs to update Food Safety Policy and site HACCP.
• Provide support to the Manufacturing organization to facilitate the efficient operations within the production area.
• To optimize existing processes and to ensure that production goals are met. Ensures systems and processes to maintain GMP at workplace.
• Collaborate with Operations sub-functions in tracking critical production and cleaning parameters to track and collate responses for consumers/medical/affiliates escalations.
• Monitors performance of equipment, machines and tools and corrects equipment problems or process parameters that can produce non-conforming products.

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible to Manage and focus directly on GMP food safety engineering/food security and validation, in preparation for the commercial production of regulated products.
• Lead projects of facilities and equipment and optimization of existing manufacturing processes to deliver products with the production requirements consistent with Gold Standard Policies.
• Responsible to perform quality events investigation and coming up with CAPA action. Ensuring the effectiveness of CAPA action.
• Responsible to Motivate, develop and train employees for the facility and from third party as part of food safety program.
• Lead incident reviews to investigate and correct microbiological non-conformities and provide recommendation regarding process design, product disposition and continuous improvement.
• Optimize the documentation for quality systems, cleaning and validation, SOPs, HACCP plans, and food safety policy and protocols.
• Ensures plant Food Safety documentation is maintained in an audit-ready state, meeting all statutory, regulatory requirements & customer expectations.
• Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at an effective operating cost.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and Procedures.
• Prepares reports, publishes, and makes presentations to communicate findings.
• Partner with Engineering on the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Implement, document, and maintain controlled, repeatable production processes.
• Development of qualification and validation protocols.
• Participate in and/or lead qualification and validation activities.
• Interface with other departments and suppliers to address root causes.
• Understands the business needs of the company and has knowledge of the customer needs of our business.
• Cultivates internal and external network of resources to complete tasks.

Skills/ Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge in SAP system/POMS/MES.
• Knowledge about food microbiology, pathogens and food safety.
• Able to make fast decision and react efficiently to situation.
• Understands engineering principles, theories concepts, practices and techniques

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Food Science
• Biotechnology/Microbiology or in related discipline or with a minimum 1-2 years of related experience.

• To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively
• To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards

· Plan and schedule tasks, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to production schedules.

· Coordinate with other departments, such as production planning and quality control, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

· Monitor the production process, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to prevent delays and defects.

· Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.

· Train and onboard new recruits, ensuring they are familiar with workshop procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

· Collaborate with procurement to manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and supplies required for production.

· Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality data.

· Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the workshop.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

· Report on production metrics, challenges, and opportunities to higher management.

Requirements:

· GCE “O” / “N” level

· At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

· Proven experience in managing production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and achieving production targets.

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address production-related challenges effectively.

· Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations in a production environment.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
