About KidsFirst

KidsFirst is an Early Intervention School, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Therapy clinic for children. Our centre works with children with special needs (Autism, Global Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), genetic disorders, and Cerebral Palsy, etc). We deliver an intensive therapy-based program and also provide 1-1 therapy services.

Requirements

• Must have at least a professional Diploma/ Certificate (but Bachelor's degree is preferred) in Education, Special Education, Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
• Must have BCBA Certification.
• Team-oriented.
• Excellent knowledge of Behavioral strategies and related experience.
• Professional experience working with children with developmental delays and behavioral challenges.
• Preferred: Early Denver Start Model Training / RBT Certification.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team.

Job Description

• Maintain close relationships and communication with all stakeholders of the classroom/ school.
• Develop and supervise ABA programs.
• Provide 1:1 and small group sessions.
• Manage student behaviours in classroom.
• Develop and implement therapy protocols. Ensure holistic student welfare. Maintain case notes and report progress.
• Work with teachers to support the student's needs in their classrooms.
• Carry out special duties (e.g., outdoor recreation area monitor, extra-curricular activities, holiday camps, school fairs, open houses).
• Mentor/support Teachers in the behavioural management realm.
• Modify lessons according to each child’s ability level.
• Be knowledgeable on professional techniques and best practices in special education.
• Adhere to organization’s SOPs.
• Complete respective administrative duties (e.g., maintaining the communication booklet, attendance-record keeping, etc.).
• Maintain, adhere to and be up to date with Edu trust processes and systems.

1. To supervise and coordinate the daily activities and operations of the office or department

2. Ensure all schedule and prioritize office activities to meet operating requirements

3. Initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulation.

5. Analyze work flow issues and implement workable solutions.

- Willing to work under the sun and overtime, weekend or holiday, shift switching and able to work under pressure and condition such as not afraid of dirty, not afraid of tired.

- Willing to work as a Construction worker, can do the timber, rebar job, able to work at project site, structural work.

- Able to operate of machine, can use construction machine, knowledge of construction safety. Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers, drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout & etc...).

- At least 10 years of experience in construction industry. Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors，assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work. Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.

- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings & ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

- Responsible for all aspects of site safety, proven experience as construction worker, reduce material wasting and cost saving.

- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods, be bilingual, fluent in English & Chinese / Bangladesh.

- Any other assigned duties.
