S3 aims to provide the best quality of post-stroke care in the community so that our clients and their families are able to rebuild their lives after stroke. Beyond rehab, the Wellness Team plays a critical role in this continuum of care by creating a safe and supportive environment for stroke survivors and their families to enhance their physical, mental, social, and emotional health.
The Executive, Wellness & Community Health will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of:
- S3’s Wellness Programme
- S3 Membership for Stroke Survivors
- Ensuring the smooth coordination and management of volunteers.
- Curate, plan, and coordinate the schedule of both on-site and virtual Wellness sessions and events for Wellness clients.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding of S3 members and wellness clients and caregivers.
- Acts as the point of contact for clients and caregivers
- Train and work with volunteers who can provide support during the Wellness sessions.
- Develop and programme suitable activities for each domain of Wellness e.g. Physical, Cognitive, Social, Learning, Events etc
- Sources and liaise with service providers on services for clients and caregivers
- Prepares paperwork including but not limited to onboarding recruitment, surveys, and programme reports.
- Assists to develop programme effectiveness surveys, compiles, and analyses the results and prepares reports as required.
- Organises and coordinates the logistics for programmes and events.
Requirements
- Minimally diploma in any discipline.
- Diploma in Social Science or Healthcare related course would be advantageous.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Ability to communicate effectively, possessing good stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent project management and events coordination skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications experience will be advantageous.
