· Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and has been practising as WSHO for at least 5 years.

The Program Manager is responsible for designing and implementing fire safety programs, with a primary focus on the APAC region. This role ensures compliance, drives program success, and enhances safety across multinational offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Implementation: Lead the execution of fire safety programs across multiple offices, ensuring achievement of pre-defined metrics and goals.
• Audits and Inspections: Plan and oversee regular fire safety audits and inspections to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Training and Communication: Develop and organize training programs, while crafting effective communication strategies for both daily operations and emergency scenarios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 4 years of solid experience in relevant fields, such as physical security operations management or program management.
• Demonstrated success managing programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams in multinational corporation settings.
• Proven experience in managing projects/programs.
• Experience in team-leading is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Relevant certificates such as certified Fire Safety Manager with SCDF is a plus.

• Assisting engineers in any related job to meet company and customer expectation and to ensure the engineer is backed up.
• Produce & test programmable logic code (Including Standard Applications/Function Blocks) as per best engineering standards, integration with third party systems, simulations, testing of systems hardware/software with various stakeholders.
• Perform onsite engineering & various service activities at customer premises, including but not limited to testing and commissioning works always ensuring highest work safety practice.
• Produce hardware/software design specifications, SCR's, project documentations such as but not limited to execution plans, quality plans, FAT and SAT procedures, verification and validation plans
• Plan and implement assigned project activities, Functional Safety Management, Cyber Security plans, ensure project execution follow functional safety requirements & company policies.
• Provide technical support, site surveys etc. Liaise with customers, suppliers, partners, project team and project manager on technical & engineering aspects.

You will be responsible for the safety surveillance of one or more products and the job comprises of diverse scientific and operational tasks.
