Job Description:
Attend to all meetings, discussion and dialogue with client, consultants, services providers, subcontractors, suppliers and related party.
Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts
Developing the programme of work and strategy for making the project happen
Planning to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials
Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to
Overseeing the running of several projects

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board / BCA
Min 5 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager/ Construction Manager
Managed projects from commencement to completion stage
Possess managerial experience and supervisory skills
Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
Able to work independently and also in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.
• Prepare method of statement and work procedure.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work.

• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation.

The Senior / Executive will be responsible for the daily operations of SingHealth’s research facilities and attend to daily queries from research staff. You will arrange the necessary logistics and processes for new investigators and departments moving into SingHealth Research Facilities and ensure the proper return of laboratory or office space when they vacate the premises.

You will assist in the preparation and renewal of licenses, sub-tenancy and service agreements. You will be responsible for the purchase of equipment and consumables, renewal of equipment service contracts and other services, as well as the processing of such invoices. You will also manage requests for card access to research facilities.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the laboratories under the jurisdiction of the Office of Research are fully compliant with safety regulations and SOPs. You will need to maintain all laboratory-related licenses and permits as well as update chemical inventories in the laboratories. • Provide supervision and inspection to ensure that the Contractor(s) comply with Authority's and agencies' requirements
• Supervise all works, permanent & temporary, including Civil and architectural works, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches and utilities diversion
• Coordinate with contractor(s) and relevant agencies/site partners for the work
• Supervise fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on site & off site
• Supervise lifting operations to erect precast concrete elements
• Inspect and assist in issuance of E-Token for soil disposal
• Review & supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Verify & check quantity of work done for progress payment
• Provide other services required
• Assist in operating of Project Monitoring Control Centre ( PMCC )

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS)
• Site/work safety certifications would be an advantage
• Contractor site work experience would be an advantage
• Min 3 years of experience in road works / LTA projects / viaduct / flyover

Candidates with many safety certifications and many years of experience without a diploma would be considered

• Manage project groups, technicians and provide activities and guidance on utility process, design, and construction.
• Assist on the design of utilities diversion route, supporting structure and other required structure.
• Work closely with approved subcontractor for any services diversion works.
• Identify and resolve system failures and perform on preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• RES with EMA/SPPG
• At least 5 years of construction supervision/project coordination experience.

• Monitor all financial aspects of the project to ensure the project is within the budget.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field and experience in construction operation activity is required for this position
• Possess LEW certificate with EMA or hold a valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification of Grade 7
• 6 days’ work week
