• Proven experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination tools is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, protocols, and the implementation of BIM processes in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows, including model creation, coordination, and integration.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
• Ability to manage and coordinate complex projects across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot model coordination and technical issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy in BIM models.
