- To assist engineer for site meeting. (If necessary)

- To order material and control material usage

- To liaise with company driver for arrangement of transportation for workers site drop/pick up and arrange material collection

- Responsible for site survey, to do proposal & discussion with engineer to prepare shop drawing

- To provide idea in solving site installation issues

- To take responsibility of workers efficiency and effectiveness onsite

- To settle team members' concern and highlight to management

- To ensure workers maintain good relation with other contractors onsite

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required 05+ years of experience in the Marine industry

• Required Class 4 Driver Skill and Supervisor skill in Marine industry

• To Review Daily work progress and make a necessary change in order to meet Good KPI

• To check and conduct daily Tool Box meeting with workforce and monitor daily onsite to ensure all works are done safely and productively.

• To Collaborate with other shipyard personnel, including welders, fabricators, and supervisors, to coordinate painting activities and meet project timelines.

• The Supervisor will oversee all painting and coating-related activities, including grit blasting, surface preparation, and mixing and applying various types of marine-grade primers and paints.

• The Supervisor will ensure the quality of work, proper material application, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Familiarity with painting equipment, such as spray guns, compressors, and airless sprayers.

• Use spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply marine coatings, including epoxy, enamel, and anti-corrosive paints

• Follow established safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Working Experience- Operating a crawler crane preferred, over 3 years; Requirements- Valid crane operator license, familiar with crane operations and safety regulations, and ability to work in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:- Operate crawler crane safely and efficiently according to site requirements - Conduct regular checks on the crane and ensure its proper functioning - Follow safety procedures and work closely with the site supervisor to ensure compliance - Assist with other lifting and rigging tasks as required
