General admin roles and responsibilities include providing support for all types of organizations and businesses and their staff members. Their duties can include general clerical tasks, such as drafting documents and answering telephones, as well as administrative jobs, including scheduling and project management and also include the following:

• Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
• Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
• Contact references and perform background checks
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
• Hire or refer qualified candidates
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Process paperwork

Job Description

• Coordinate project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner:
  • Liaise and coordinate site work matters with supervisor, clients, and relevant government authorities.
• Resolve site challenges proactively in a timely manner.
• Prepare project progress, claims and other reports.
• Carry out risk assessment and other risk management activities:
  • Make recommendations on risk control measures; and
  • Communicate Risk Assessments (RA) to concerned parties.
• Maintain and improve company reputation with clients
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Other Requirements

• Relevant experience not required.
• Diploma/ Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in English.
• Singaporean / PR only

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 0800hrs to 1800hrs;
• Friday: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
