Responsibilities

• Identify and draw up Health and Safety plan and continuous improvement initiatives, to reduce work process risk, raise safety awareness and improve safe work practices.
• Assess the company’s HSSE Management System to identify any deviation, weakness or significant change in organization, risk control measures and provide recommendation for improvement.
• Command the team on site to stop work if there are safety lapses.
• Reorganise a new deployment and rectify immediately on site all breaches so that site can start work ASAP on that same day.
• Conduct regular/daily site visits check, inspections and review.

• Other Ad-hoc Duties

Requirements

• Experience in Singapore construction projects
• Knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations
