• Check shop drawings submitted by contractor.
• Check as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual submitted by contractor.
• To check on quality of materials and samples delivered to site and report to Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person on any materials that are not conforming to the specifications.
• To check mock-ups done on site, where necessary.
• To ensure that the required construction tests in connection with the construction works are carried out where necessary

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES
• Minimum 3 years experience as RTO in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in buildings, civil

• Possess professional certificates in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services EngineerinMinimum 5 years yrs for Senior relevant experience in MEP/Structures/Architectural related works
• Proficient in Revit
• Responsible for architectural work scheduling, material requisition cost control project supervision and documentation
• Assist BIM Manager to coordinate drawing amount various disciplines such as Structures, Architectures and M&E tec
• Coordinate among Consultants and Sub Contractors to de-conflict clashers in BIM drawing
• Assist in documentation and submission of progress report to authority

Job Descriptions

• Lead, manage, and train the entire delivery team.
• Perform visual inspection on all outgoing records to ensure on-time and delivery accuracy.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and delivery vendors to optimize delivery routes, reduce transportation costs, and enhance delivery efficiency
• Assist and ensure outstanding tasks are prioritized.
• Assist Route Executive in daily distribution operations.
• Consolidating delivery data required for reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimally a GCE N Level, or ‘O’ levels, Diploma, or any related Logistics Professional Certificate.
• At least 2 years relevant work experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-versed in road directions
