"Job duties:

· Able to work on Weekend/PH

· Able to follow company's schedule to carry out cleaning duties and supervision (multiple locations)

· Able to work outdoor and under sun

· Supervise, manage and control operations daily activities.

· Manage and handle client feedback and on-site incidents

· Monitor and ensure smooth running of daily manpower operations, arrange for replacement of staff as and when necessary

· Manage equipment and supplies inventory and replenishment as and when necessary

· Planning and ensuring orientation for all new staff and job sites

· Cleaning tasks such as drains clearing, dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming

· Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible

· Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects when required.

· Execute, and manages the general cleaning process, monitoring cleaning logistics and supervising other cleaners

· Require hands-on with cleaners

· Perform and meet the cleanliness and hygiene standard in assigned areas and cover manpower whenever required (eg. staff on leave/MC/absent).

Requirements:

· Prior experience in operations in cleaning is highly preferred.

· Experience in cleaning will be an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and EHS requirement for hygiene and safe handling when carrying out cleaning activities.
• Performs the cleaning and sanitation of the assigned area as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Ensure appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn at all times during cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Preparation and labeling of chemical to be used for cleaning and sanitation.
• Inspect the cleanliness of the area and ensure that the area is suitable for production.
• Records the cleaning activities in the respective cleaning log sheets and inform Customer upon completion of task.
• Ensure all cleaning and sanitation agents and cleaning tools used are stored in the designated areas.
• Ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise
• Demonstrate good service acts by greeting others, smiling and saying thank you (GST) to customers and colleagues
• Project professional image with proper grooming standards by ensuring that overall appearance be pleasant, clean and neat
• Oversees the works execution and performance of staff
• In charge of operational and manpower planning, deployment and productivity of the staff
• Provide adequate training and coach staff to meet the required contractual standards
• Conduct daily inspections/audits to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance
• Ensure all cleaning tasks carried out is in compliance to Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices, and report accidents/incidents to the superior promptly

• Ensure compliance with local government legislation and ISS corporate governance polices
• Support in achieving contract KPI measurements on employee turnover rate, retention rate, employee survey and LTIF (lost time injury frequency)

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. 2 years’ experience as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with quality standards and customer preferences.
• Train and develop restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Maintain accurate records of restaurant transactions, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure that all guest issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.

• Responsible for Filing, Labeling, Storing and Maintain up-to-date file records, office supplies and assets to enable quick retrieval and always available
• Assist in any routine and ad-hoc HR & Admin duties

Job Requirement

• Diploma in HR / Business-related studies or equivalent
• Min 2 years HR Admin WPOL experience in construction sector
• Able to communicate to Chinese Construction Workers is a must

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mon to Sat (5.5 Day Week)

• Troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, builder, etc) for the building and related facilities.
• Supervise sub-contractors who carry out approved repair works and scheduled maintenance in the building.
• Assist Facilities Executive & officer to execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress.
• Assist Facilities Executive & officer to attend to tenant’s feedback on the building and related facilities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required.
