• Deliver Fire Warden Team training sessions.

• Identify and resolve open issues, documenting results.

• Provide subject matter expertise on property Fire & Life Safety risks.

• Report metrics to document issues and compliance requirements.

• Maintain department files and network drives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum 10 years in Fire & Life Safety, fire service, or fire systems operations.

• Knowledge of regulatory codes for fire protection and emergency procedures.

• Expertise in corporate standards and FLS compliance.

• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint.

• Experience in process documentation and internal control procedures.

• Familiarity with Fire & Life Safety systems.

• Understanding of Physical and Technical Security Programs.

• Experience in Incident Response and Emergency Management.

• Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Experience in building construction projects related to fire & life safety.

• Development and presentation of Fire & Life Safety educational programs.

• Knowledge of Fire & Life Safety standards within the APAC region.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• To manage all safety-related programs on-site, brief all workers, and conduct site checking
• To manage safety documents for the project(s)
• Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax, and other works being assigned from time to time.
• Maintaining and updating the database
• Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
• Dealing with other staff or visitors, on phone or in person
• Review each document for conformity and accuracy
• Keep all project safety documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects
• Ensures materials delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines
• Makes sure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs
• Maintains an updated record of all safety approved documents and their distribution clearly
• Generate various document control reports as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or related discipline
• At least 1 to 3 years experience in relevant field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
