Job Description:

• Planning, programming and monitoring the processes of M&E works and provide specific program
• Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record
• Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters
• Monitor job progress and ensure that M&E contracted works meet all requirements, quality and target completions
• Appraisal for works and products compliance to specifications and requirements
• Develop the details of Testing and Commissioning activities including Factory Tests, Individual System Test, Integrated System Test, RI, etc.
• Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices
• To check, evaluate and confirm the work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E subcontractor/NSC progress payments including instruction of progress substantiation documents from vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognised by the PE Board
• At least 10 years of M&E experience in local construction industry and managed complex construction projects such as residential and commercial buildings
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades
• Strong M&E works installation knowledge with the ability to provide practical solution related with site installation
• Good knowledge of Local Code/Regulation pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety
• Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks put in his charge
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly and propose counter measures to settle the issues
