1. We are seeking an individual with tenured commissioning experience in complex technology facilities for the position of Commissioning Manager (CX Mgr.) at Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. Singapore (Fortis). The CX Mgr. is responsible for implementation, monitoring, deployment and conformance to Fortis’ commissioning program guidelines and supporting processes/procedures throughout the organization. The candidate will work directly with Fortis senior management, our trade partners, equipment vendors, owner, and third party CX consultants.

Reporting to senior management on a specific site, the CX Mgr. will be accountable for implementing and successful execution of Fortis’ corporate commissioning program. The CX Mgr. is the direct supervisor for all commissioning activities on a large seven-year project.

It is expected the CX Mgr. will be a very detailed individual with extensive experience commissioning large complex projects such as industrial plants, data centers and pharmaceutical plants. Responsibilities Specific to the Role:

• Integrate and work as part of a true “One Team” approach on the project by working closely with Fortis co-workers, subcontractors, owner, and 3rd Party QC and Cx teams.
• Manage Fortis commissioning resources, including direct oversight of Fortis Commissioning team (consisting of 6-10 engineers). Takes ownership of all activities pertaining to commissioning which will involve partial oversight of project engineers and site supervisors as it pertains to commissioning scope.

• Assist in the development of detailed L3 (Start-Up) micro schedule that includes all inspections, energization, start-up, and testing required to reach “L4 Readiness”.
• Review and verification that subcontractor QA/QC documentation is completed in accordance with project requirements and QA/QC plan. Ensure all previous documentation is completed on predecessor task prior to proceeding to next phase (i.e. verify all L2 documentation is complete prior to starting L3).
• Perform in-depth review of subcontractor QC forms to verify accuracy and completeness of forms.

We are seeking an individual with Building Management Systems technical experience for the position of BMS Project Manager at Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. Singapore operations. The candidate will work directly with the Senior Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Manager and the subcontractors throughout the six-year design and construction phase of the largest multistory data center in Asia (The Project).

Reporting to the Senior Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Manager, the candidate will be accountable for ensuring the work required; such as, submittals, RFI’s, coordination drawings, updating documents, etc., are complete, ready, and approved for the Building Management Systems (BMS) Subcontractors to perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents. This role is focused on working with the Senior MEP Manager who is responsible for the BMS Subcontractor operations and installation for a large complex data center project, having stringent technical requirements.

It is expected the candidate will be a very detailed individual with previous experience working as a MEP Project Engineer on data center projects and or other complex technical projects. There will be a significant amount of “hands on” work coordinating approved design documents and ensuring installed work in the field comply with such documents. Job Responsibilities:

· Handle full sets of Accounts, and prepare relevant schedule and reports to be ready for Audit.

· Timely data entry to the accounting system and preparation of reports

· Reconcile accounting records and bank records

· Prepare Invoices and debt collection

· Check and follow up with payment matters

· Liaison with Clients and suppliers and vendors, external Auditors and Tax Agents

· Prepare and file GST returns

· Submit survey reports required by government

· Provide other supporting functions to the Finance Division and Company

· Prepare fortnightly payroll from collection of data to arranging payment to staff.

· Assist on budget and forecasting exercises

· Handles staff attendance, leave updating

· Knowledge of Employment Act

· Any other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Accounting related qualifications

· Min. 1 year relevant working experience in Accounting is preferred

· Proactive, committed and able to work in fast paced, high volume processing working environments

· Positive attitude, hardworking, possess initiative & ability to work independently

· Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Words.

· Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and able to meet deadlines

· Meticulous and detailed oriented, good filing system

· Possess and inquisitive and analytical mind and proactive in problem finding and resourceful in problem solving
