What will you do
Technical support for Skin Health product design end to end, encompassing New Product Development and Life Cycle Management of our products. Collaborate across R&D and cross functionally to ensure that all product development success criteria are met, inclusive of all internal and external quality and regulatory requirements, ensuring the product experience, both sensory and efficacy, meets the needs of the consumer and meeting the overall project milestones to enable on time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment that complies with the company’s policies.
To complete the following tasks under the supervision of a senior team member:
- Prepare the research timeline and progress reports based on the overall project timeline
- Coordinate new product development plan.
- Prepare laboratory prototypes and monitoring of lab stability
- Coordinate with process development team in preparation for process scale-up
- Leverage technical, clinical data for claim support substantiation and partner up with relevant stakeholders on the ideation
- Support product demo development to visualize claims, PR events for commercial activation
- Proactive and timely communication with the management of the project and R&D Department (which includes direct management and the Franchise team) on the progress of the project, as well as raise potential risks and their associated mitigation plans.
- Accurately record experimental findings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other related Areas
- Minimum 1 year of experience in areas of product/ process development, preferably in consumer products and in a manufacturing environment
