Job Scope :
Project Manager, Electrical
- Lead the Project Team in the role of Project Manager, overseeing project progression and adhering to the budget.
- Monitor and supervise sub-contractors, ensuring their work aligns with shop drawings, method statements, and provided materials and samples.
- Collaborate with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, consultants, or clients regarding shop drawings, materials, and samples.
- Review and align Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure they comply with design specifications and guidelines.
- Apply sound technical knowledge in Electrical and ELV services, identifying discrepancies among Electrical, Structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions.
- Manage project execution to meet deadlines, attend meetings with contractors to address issues and provide progress updates, and allocate work to engineers and supervisors while ensuring compliance with standards and SOP
Job Requirement:
- Candidates with related experiences and background studies are welcome to apply
- AutoCAD and Revit are plus point
