· Update and incorporate all amendments of CVI / RFI into the construction drawings and ensure updated and correct drawings are used by all site employees.

· Propose the most suitable/appropriate material/detail for use.

· Provide technical advice to the construction teams, consultants, clients with regard to building regulations.

· Attend technical coordination meetings with consultants and monitor approval of shop drawings from consultants.

· Liaise with sub-contractors on technical issues and timely approval of shop drawings.

· Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.

· Attend meeting with authorities, consultants and sub-contractors.

· Follow up inspection and ensure compliance to all authorities’ code and requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage M&E work with specialist sub-contractor and M&E coordinators.
• Monitor the progress of work.
• Supervise/preparation of shop drawings, as-built M&E drawings and O&M manual.

• Bilingual, preferred proficient in spoken / written English and Chinese

Requirements

- Attended the Design for Safety (DfS) for Professional Course and passed the assessment

- A registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate, or

- Minimum 10 years relevant experience (tunnel structure, viaduct structure etc.) in the design (min. 5 years in design which includes contributions to designs, writing specifications) and the supervision of the construction of structures

• Issue enquiry to get quotation and prepare cost comparison and recommendations.
• Prepare and register purchase order (PO) to management approval and regularize PO to the approved vendor.
