RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :
- Source and purchase materials, plant/equipment, tools and etc.
- Issue enquiry to get quotation and prepare cost comparison and recommendations.
- Prepare and register purchase order (PO) to management approval and regularize PO to the approved vendor.
- Liaise with vendors including monitor their delivery schedule and compile delivery order (DO).
- Verify and prepare payment to vendors.
- Update material usage / consumption record.
- Knowledge on shipping / forwarding services.
- Any other assignments within PO role.
REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :
· Educational Level and the field of study: Diploma in Purchasing or related field.
· Type of experience required: Familiar with construction/building products
· Amount of experience: minimum two (2) years’
. Applicant must be willing to work in the West area.
