- Basic PC skills and experience to handle warehouse management systems

- Experienced to handle staff members of 20 headcounts

- Required to work days and required to perform overtime as requested

- Prior experience in managing medical related products would be added advantage

Objectives of this position:

The objective of the position is to support daily facilities & warehouse operations within our offices in Asia.

What will you do?

The holder of this position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordinate with their superior:

Manage and maintain full spectrum of office administrative and facilities service

Identify improvements to operations process and cost to drive efficiencies

Align and maintain the administrative standard cross different premises

Key point of contact with Building Management, the Landlords, and contractors

Vendor management, involved in price and contract negotiations, review of facility related contracts

Review and check against quotation and invoices, ensuring accuracy is in place

Provide daily office facilities support, including but not limited to, equipment maintenance and office supplies control

Coordination for renovation and relocation project with property agencies, landlord and contractors across various Asian countries

Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned

What will you need?

5-8 years of experience in Facilities Management with regional experience

Experience in Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh, and Pakistan is desired.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Adaptable, proactive, and well-organised

* Mon- Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

* Sat 7:30am - 11:30am (Alt Sat off upon completion of probation)

* Location Tuas Ave (Company transport Shuttle bus at Gul Circle MRT)

Job Scope

• Provide necessary support for all human resource functions
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
• Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence
• Schedule or conduct new employee orientations
• Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
• Gather personnel records from other departments or employees
• Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as hospitals or ministries
• Handle all work pass application and renewal documentation and process
• Handle all workplace insurance and WICA-related documentation and process
• Management of foreign migrant work force
• Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures
• Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counselling techniques, or documentation of performance issues
