ร Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
ร Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
ร Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates.
ร Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates and manage onboarding processes.
ร Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
ร Implement and oversee performance management systems, ensuring regular appraisals and employee development.
ร Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring timely submission and compliance with government regulations.
ร Oversee payroll processes, benefits administration, and leave management.
ร Review and recommend salary structures, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
ร Identify employee training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and competencies.
ร Organize internal and external training programs to support career growth and development.
ร Oversee office management, including lease agreements, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
ร Ensure the office environment supports productivity and complies with safety regulations.
ร Ensure compliance with all labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
ร Prepare and present HR reports on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key metrics to senior management.

Job Requirement :
ร Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource.
ร Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
ร Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
ร Experience in managing work pass applications, foreign worker regulations, and office administration is preferred.
ร Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
ร Preferred to have working experience in Construction Industry ;
ร Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
ร Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and engagement.
ร Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
ร Proficiency in HR software and systems.
