Responsibility:

• Ensure Company's vessels are manned in timely and best effective manner in compliance with the regulations.
• Crew interviews and crew records verifications and upkeeping
• Attend to crew disputes, flags and class MLC matters.
• Expand crew recruitments outreach by qualifications, more crew agencies and crew providers.
• Crew budgeting/rolling forecast covering monthly and yearly costs for the vessels. Budget control and rectifications of variances.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma holder in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of relevant crewing experiences in the Offshore Vessel Sector.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and in a fast speed working environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (to communicate with Indonesian crew) will be an asset.

Job Description

• Manage and monitor all financial aspects including but not limited to budget & cost control of Projects assigned and ensure project runs within budget
• Prepare procurement list and schedule according to Architect specification and project schedule.
• Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from respective subcontractors according to requirements, specification, and time schedules including drafting of Subcontract Documents.
• Record all defects of works, ensure proper documentation for all variation orders and others.
• Ensure timely submission of VO cost on day to day or weekly basis and communicate with project manager; timely submission of monthly progress claims; final account closing.
• Evaluate all VO claims from sub-contractors and ensure all the variation orders are carried out in order & according to proper procedure.
• Effective follow up on payment certificate to sub-contractors and payment advice to client
• Prepare tender submissions, handle progress claims/payments, VO & finalize projects
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor
• Min 5-years experience in Quantity Surveying or experience in luxury landed house project(s).
• Familiar with various high-end materials used for luxury house.
• Able to communicate and liaise with Chinese-speaking associate.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision, good knowledge in local standards & requirements.
• Familiar with AutoCAD & Revit.

1) Align and straighten tile using levels, squares and straightedges.
2) Determine and implement the best layout to achieve a desired pattern.

3) Cut and shape tile to fit around obstacles and into odd spaces and corners, using hand and power cutting tools.

4) Finish and dress the joints and wipe excess grout from between tiles, using damp sponge.

5) Apply mortar to tile back, position the tile and press or tap with trowel handle to affix tile to base.

6) Mix, apply, and spread plaster, concrete, mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives to form a bed for the tiles, using brush, trowel and screed.

7) Prepare cost and labor estimates based on calculations of time and materials needed for project.

8) Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled, following blueprints.

9) Level concrete and allow to dry.

10) Build underbeds and install anchor bolts, wires and brackets.

11) Prepare surfaces for tiling by attaching lath or waterproof paper, or by applying a cement mortar coat onto a metal scree

7) Prepare monthly interim payment to suppliers/subcontractors.

8) Assist in warehouse management and.

9) Settlement of final account.

Requirement:

1) Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

2) Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in local building/civil construction projects on site;

3) Positive attitude, self-motivated, team spirit.

4) Good interpersonal skills.

5) Good at time management, good business ethics aiming get things done.

6) Appreciate Digital Filing system or willing to learn and working together with other teams using e filing and approval.

5) Calm, logical, analytical, and sensitive with figures.

6) Willing to go to construction job sites.

7) Hands-on PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

8) Have experience dealing with Client like LTA/PUB/Singapore Polytechnic/ITE or Training Centers, understand the clients demands;

9) Structural steel experience especially for Civil Steel/Building/Façade works is preferred

9) Less experience but willing to learn is welcomed, as we do provide great in house training from time to time as long as you are willing to learn and self-motivated.

10) Undergraduate are welcome for entry level.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
