• Assist the Floor Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Restaurant Manager in carrying out his function of efficiently administering and organizing the restaurant into a profitable center and increasing revenue
• Ensure the smooth running of designated section/ area.
• Ensure that table settings are set up in accordance to SOP
• Reset tables after use which includes clearing and removal of soiled dishes
• Lead and supervise the team which includes inspecting table and work area layouts and settings, ensuring service quality and any other hygiene matters.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and execution of promotions in outlet.
• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

1. Responsible in assisting the Operations Manager in daily running and management;

2. To supervise the activities carried out by the Cleaning Staff which will include training, instructing and managing work flow;

3. To undertake, as a part of the team, the cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they are kept clean and hygienic for the public;

4. To ensure all work carried out by the Cleaning Staff is on par with the upholding requirement; completed with due observation to the appropriate Health & Safety requirements;

5. Cleaning, sweeping and vacuuming, emptying of bins;

6. To ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and the staff is taking extra precautions in causing anything that might endanger the post holder or others;

7. Daily report to the line manager, or person in authority any dangerous situation in the workplace or any perceived shortcomings in health and safety regulations.

Job Description

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirements

• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experiences in Structural Steel（HDB & MRT PROJECT) will be advantageous.
• Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) and Coretrade Foreman is mandatory.
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken mandarin，written and spoken simple English.
