Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing goods to physical stores and E-Commerce business.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to the warehouse.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of products.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Lead, train, and supervise logistics team, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and follow standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance the skills and productivity of the warehouse team.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, logistics, store and E-Commerce operations, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of warehouse activities with overall business objectives.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and labor utilization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse and logistics management to implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or any other related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse/ Logistics Manager or similar role in the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide warehouse staff.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges.
• Sound understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety standards in the warehouse.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholder.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
