Our Client is a Singapore based company in Medical Devices. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Facility Management Supervisor to be part of their Facility team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located at West.

Duties:

• Oversee maintenance of building and facility equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians, managing expenses within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors and engineers for maintenance and project management.
• Ensure timely pest control, landscaping services, and report submissions.
• Develop training programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Enforce adherence to safe work practices at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Facility Management or related field
• 1-2 years of overseeing a team of technicians in similar industry

• Have to be able to take up extra supervisory roles.
• Working hours from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
• Construction sites varies island-wide, no transportation provided.
• Must be hardworking and open to doing OT.
