• Prepares ingredients by following recipes;slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring,whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; plating meals.

• Completes hot meal preparation by grilling,sautéing, roasting, frying, and broilingingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients.

• Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures;maintains temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as required and maintains appropriate dating, labelling and rotation of all food items.

• Contributes to daily,holiday and theme menus in collaboration with supervisor.

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.

• Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules and dishwashing/pot washing.

• Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.

• Implements suggestions within parameter of position and refers more complex concerns to supervisor.

• Participates in and/or contributes to programs,committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

• Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Develop new menu items while improvising the existing ones.

• Maintain and manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within the budgetary limits.

• Able to cook north Indian food.

• Working Location: Macpherson
• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination and supervision of ACMV site progress.
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors.
• Updates of site progress promptly.
• Able to write reports and submission of risk assessments, safe work procedures & method statements.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

• To liaise with client's Project Engineer and plan for daily and weekly construction activity.
• To provide constant supervision of all construction activities, ensuring good safety practices, quality of work, housekeeping, on time work schedule and to specifications.
• To work with Engineers and ensure full compliance of relevant company, group and regulatory authority regulation, code of practice, standards and procedures of project construction works.
• Supervise a team of workers on daily site operation.
• Prepare and conduct mandatory site meeting / training as needed.
• Inspect work area regularly for potential hazards and rectify it.

1) Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing day to day operations of

project.

2) Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors on the project matters.

3) Attend regular meetings with owner/sub-cons on the project related matters.

4) Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in

between drawings and as well as those arisen during project execution.

5) Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection and to ensure that the

works were executed to the required quality standard.

6) Update the project quality plan as and when appropriate.

7) Assist Project Manager on the tasks assigned.

1) Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering

(Civil) or equivalent.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Degree in Civil Structural Engineering
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
• Min. 4 - 5 years of related field experience in Singapore
