Skills / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters in a Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture related field.
• Suitable candidates are likely to have a minimum of 15 years working experience consist of 10 years of experience in base build, Tool Install, Progressive Build Experience in greenfield and brownfield settings
• Off-site manufacturing expertise (OSM)
• Professional certifications in construction management (e.g., CMP, FMDP)
• Experience as a construction project management in EPCM project.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on a regular basis

Job scope

• Overall Responsibility for all construction activities with respect to performance, procedure, and making recommendations to project managers for improvements and corrective actions.

The Deputy M&E Manager (Buildings) is responsible for leading the M&E Coordinators and Supervisors in the planning, coordination and effective installation of M&E services based on project scope and requirements.
