He is to accomplish department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.

Manages the installation of solar power systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards:

• Manage teams: Lead and motivate teams of installers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Coordinate tasks: Schedule daily tasks for site workers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance: Verify safety procedures and equipment, and ensure work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications
• Provide technical support: Provide technical assistance to installers and other solar professionals
• Monitor progress: Track installation progress, inspect work, and document work
• Communicate: Communicate clearly with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
• Prepare documentation: Ensure accurate completion of all required documentation, checklist, timecards, and photography
• Assess sites: Assess potential solar installation sites to determine feasibility and design requirements
• Identify cost-saving opportunities: Identify means to reduce costs, minimize risks, or increase efficiency

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Assist District Manager to monitor store operation and retail team members
• Responsible for managing outlet keys, compliance on outlet business hour
• Ensure outlet’s headcount fulfilment
• Leading retail team members to drive sales and achieve sales target
• Provide product and customer service training to retail team members regularly
• Demonstrate excellent customer service level to team
• Ensure housekeeping is done every day and as when required
• Ensure cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately and stored carefully
• Working closely with Store PIC on store operations, manpower issue and provide improvement solutions if any
• Ensure retail team members follow SOP as per according to Management and Retail Operations Department
• Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display follow Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Monitoring stock movement and merchandise level in storeroom and raise to Merchandising team when there is insufficient stock
• Monitoring and key in Cap Plan, SCORE and attendance
• Make sure CCTV is functional
• Update budget for monthly and annually sales target
• Plan and prepare monthly duty roster of retail team members and ensure they follow their working shift as planned
• Perform stock take activity for stores and responsible for stock loss if any
• Assist team with any other projects on an as needed basis
• Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Management
• Coaching Sales Associate team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or equivalent retail experience
• Passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individuals who are willing to take initiative and eager to learn
• Positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment
• Possess strong leadership quality with excellent customer service and communication skill
• Able to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff.
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical stock counts.
• Ensure inventory counts are accurate and maintain correct warehouse inventory records.
• Receive all goods delivered to the warehouse and update the Oracle system with their status (e.g., PO & RMA, Receipt).
• Manage inventory and handle administrative tasks like inventory adjustments and scrapping.
• Conduct a full physical inventory stocktake once a year.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse using the 5S methodology.
• Resolve inventory issues and support the team to boost productivity.
• Monitor and ensure warehouse KPIs are met.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth warehouse operations.
• Arrange daily inbound and outbound shipments and manage material handling.
• Handle documentation for deliveries, goods received, and material handling (e.g., Delivery Notes, COA, Invoices, packing lists).
• Maintain and ensure all warehouse equipment is in working condition.
• Ensure safety and maintenance practices meet OSHAS, 5S, and ISO standards.
• Perform special tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
• Plan periodic inventory provisioning based on past usage and future forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels.
