• Accountable for planning, implementing and monitoring work schedules in accordance to master and detailed construction programmes.
• Accountable for the completion of project within specific time and meets all clients’ requirements and quality, environmental, health & safety (WSHA) requirements
• Accountable for preparation of monthly progress report, construction Method Statements and technical proposal
• Accountable for resolving project disputes/clarifications during the execution of project
• Ensures inspections and checking on site works have been conducted
• Plans and sequences of the construction operations according to the Project Management Plan
• Supports Quantity Surveyors (Projects) in verifying progress payments and claims
• Assists in planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities on project related issues
• Review Project team work performance
• Oversee, coach and mentor the entire project team under your care
• Overall responsible forAdministration matters at the project worksite

Job Description:

• Involve in Site Management.
• Heading a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants.
• Ensure overall construction progress base on schedule.
• Enforcement of quality control and safe management control.
• Keeping site staff and subcontractors informed on approved materials & latest drawings.
• Coordination of different trades on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge in residential & commercial building installation works.
• Knowledge in design skills and usage of AutoCAD/ Revit will have added advantage.
• Those familiar with HDB projects will have added advantage.
• Applicants without relevant qualification must have minimum 3 years' experience in similar capacity.
• Training provided for fresh graduates with no experience.
