Job Description

• Position Title: Sales & Operation Branch Manager
• Working Location: Based in Thailand (Bangkok)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days / 6 days – Flexible
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 5000 + Incentive + Transport & Accommodation provided + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and thorough quality control
• Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and secure projects to support company growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders, and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and project updates
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Monitor project costs and revenues to ensure profitability, and advise on cost-effective practices
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms
• Facilitate effective communication between sales, operations, and on-site teams
• Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and implement process improvements
• Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations and company policies

• Min. 3 years of working experience in Sales and Operations Management, preferably in the Construction
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Experience in project management and overseeing large-scale projects
• Understanding of the local market dynamics and cultural nuances
• Being able to speak Thai will be a plus
