Responsibilities

• This role focuses more on the construction of commercial buildings: shops, malls, etc.
• Conduct tender surveys, review documents, and interpret detailed drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee preparation and management of tender and contract documents, including accurate quantity take-offs, collaborating closely with clients and consultants to meet expectations.
• Strategically source, compile, and evaluate supplier quotations, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics in all contractual matters.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in relevant software tools.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities and a self-driven, positive attitude.
• Previous experience in the Electrical sector, providing a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

● Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support teams comprised of individual contributors. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
