Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager in planning and execution of project plans at site.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Responsible for generating Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals.
• Preparation of Weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Support installation team on Preparing working drawing for site installation.
• Preparation and submission of shop drawings and as-built drawings to client and follow up on approval of the drawings.
• Follow up with QP/client on ST/BCA submission.
• Attending design discussions with the Engineers, Managers, Client, and QP.
• Reviewing Consultant’s design drawings and specification.
• Storing and filing the projects record for future references.
• Ensure the site works are carried out as per the WSH regulation.

Additional Information:

• Bachelor’s degree or polytechnic in Engineering or related degree.
• Proven work experience in the Construction company with similar job position.
• Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• BCSS safety certificate is a minimum requirement. Other local safety certs are added advantage.
• Basic understanding of environmental and safety regulations.
• Good knowledge of engineering principles. .
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitasking.
• Knowledge on Hostile mitigation and BIM software is added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate terms with dealers and customers, ensuring accountability for timely payments. Clearly outline sales terms and conditions, following up diligently to guarantee that payments are made in accordance with agreed schedules, safeguarding the company’s cash flow.
• Provide customer support, training, and troubleshooting on a case-by-case basis. Offer expert assistance to customers by addressing their issues, providing product training where necessary, and ensuring a smooth user experience with the company’s offerings.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the construction industry.
• Vehicle Requirement: Must possess either Class 2A (motorcycle) or Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle (this is essential for site visits and customer engagements). Candidates without a vehicle welcome to apply.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation abilities.
• Other Skills: High computer literacy, strong salesmanship, creative problem-solving, and a self-motivated.
• Education: Diploma or Degree. Certification in sales techniques or construction-related qualifications would be beneficial.
