· Liaise with Site Engineers to understand customer needs and provide necessary support.

· Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and offer technical solutions where appropriate.

Inter-Section/ Departmental Coordination

• Covering for colleagues’ duties when required to ensure smooth workflow and operations across teams, collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Liaise with the Operations and Purchasing teams to ensure timely sourcing of products to meet customer demands.

Purchasing & Product Sourcing

• Support purchasing roles by ensuring that materials and products are sourced in line with customer requirements and job timelines.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating products and suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring lead time clearly defined.

Administrative & Documentation Tasks

• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information including customer details, sales history, and service records.
• Organize and file documentation records related to quotations, purchase orders, and customer & supplier interactions.
• Handle general customer inquiries through calls, emails and WhatsApp to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide administrative support for sales meetings, product presentations, and other related events.

Customer Satisfaction Monitoring

• Track and monitor customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, addressing issues where necessary to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Section Team Lead/ Sales Manager or relevant departments for further action.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Section Team Lead or Sales Manager.
• Support purchasing tasks and assist in sourcing alternative products when required.
• Assist in maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy access to documentation and records.

Requirements

• Exposure in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Experience in sales support or customer service roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Overall supervision of assigned projects, to ensure timely completion of projects, within the approved budgets set by the Project Manager and the management.

Plan and prepare all project micro and/or master program with indication of Critical Path to complete assigned projects in a timely manner.

To liaise with all subcontractors, consultants and owners on project matters and to resolve all technical discrepancies and site issues.

To supervise and ensure that acceptable workmanship and quality of projects are obtained to the management and consultants’ approval.

To attend, prepare and report on project progress, milestones and targets during meetings.

To organise and to chair regular site meetings with subcontractors, NSCs and suppliers.

Any other adhoc projects and duties as assigned by management.

Job Description:

• Report to the Project Manager, over all in charge of site coordination.
• Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations, manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
• Maintain site access throughout the construction period.
• Planning to prevent the problem on-site before it occurs, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
• Ensure the progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives.
• Control and monitor work progress and resources, monitor and control material wastage.
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.
• Responsible for on-site production scheduling and allocation of personnel and labour, arranging materials and mechanical equipment for each phase, directing and organizing solutions to various on-site issues, and handling emergencies and labour disputes at the construction site.
• Responsible for organizing the preparation of construction organization designs, progress plans, safety technical measures, etc., primarily focusing on controlling the overall project timeline.
• Responsible for coordinating the working relationships with company functional departments, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.
• Responsible for the management, coordination, evaluation, and assessment of the project department staff as per the branch office's requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from Management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must pass at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders or equivalent with relevant experience BSc/BA in Engineering (Civil) or Engineering or relevant field
• 10 years experience in Site Management
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin (to handle queries and feedbacks from English & Mandarin speaking associates, clients and customers)
• Able to work 6 working days on Site.
