Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten.
• A Polytechnic Diploma or higher in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team of educators.
• Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with parents, staff, and external partners.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage daily operations, event planning, and staff coordination effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with stakeholders, including parents, students, educators, and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for communication, reporting, and documentation tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Prior experience working with individuals with special needs is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing volunteer programs, community events, and budgets is an added advantage.
• First Aid and CPR certification are preferred. Training in behavioral intervention and child protection is beneficial.

• Plan and manage the weekly staff schedule to optimize manpower.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or relevant F&B experience.
