Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with authorities to facilitate the work progress such as PUB, SPPG, LTA etc.
• Engage and liaise with approved subcontractor for any services diversion works.
• Approval request submission to relevant authorities for services diversion and traffic diversion at site
• Incorporate utilities diversion plan to construction schedule.
• Planning for reinstatement
• Preparation of tender for subcontractor of utility
• Preparation of CIAR(construction impact assessment report) for PUB/LTA with subcontractor
• Establishment of overall utility plan including short & long term
• Management of each activity for utility work on site
• Preparation & coordination with subcontractor for NCE(notification for commencement of earthworks)
• Approval for PTD(permit to dig) related utilities
• Pegging and demarcation for utilities on site
• Regular inspection / petrol / visual check for existing utility
• Establishment of emergency plan for utility
• To check daily, weekly and monthly progress report before submission
• Must be able to work 5.5 days per week
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years engineering experience in large scale and complex project

• Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programs
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction to the master and detailed work programs
• Liaise with customer's site representatives and subcontractors
• Check construction drawings for accuracy and completeness for construction
• Conduct inspections and check on works
• Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the customer and completion of the necessary rectification works
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board

We don't have a menu so as a bartender you have to be quick on your feet. But that's where all the fun is.

Creating cocktails

Making cocktails (and it does get busy)

Interacting with guests

Taking orders, serving and explaining food.

Setting up the bar

Cleaning and closing the bar

Prep work for ingredients

Ordering

Inventory (Only once a month don't worry.)

Handling and closing bills

5 day work week.

4pm to midnight on weekdays

4pm to 1am on Fridays & Saturdays
