Job Responsibilities
· Understanding the SOP of the operations and improving the processes
· Submitting daily/weekly report to management
· Inspection of work environment and staff KPI
· Doing daily QC check
· Ensuring all machines are functioning efficiently
· Involve in problem solving issues and replying clients/customers
· Assist with staff attendance and scheduling
· In charge of training and overseeing the operations
· Ensure safe work and hygiene procedures are implemented to control risks
· Responsible to ensure all staffs meet their job expectations
Job Requirement
· Able to commit on weekend work, 6 days work week
· Need to work in a fast-paced environment
· Require to have 2 years of relevant working experience (eg; supervising a team in production/operation sector)
· Good communication skills
· Good leadership skills and maturity to lead a team
