• Tax and GST matters: Computation of tax, Preparation of ECI, GST reconciliation, Filing of GST and Corporate Tax/Personal Income Tax
• Payroll tasks: CPF submission, Annual IR8A forms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related professional field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in Construction industry.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assit the GM & HR with administrative duties but not limited to photocopying, filing, data entries ect
• Maintain office documents and records
• Monitor, update of courses for foreign workers
• Verification of invoices from suppliers, contractors etc
• Maintain filing system
• Purchase of air ticket for repatriation of workers
• Manage workers dormitory
• Other ad-hoc duties and initiatives assigned

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma
• Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure
• Good communication & writing skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with bilingual speaking clients
• At least 2 year experience in administrative
• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
