Job Description of Site Administrator-

Site Administrator provides administration support to project team. Site Administrator serves as primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and site.

Work closely with project management team for HR/Admin related works.

Coordinator work with Dormitory executives regarding all dormitory matters.

Managing day-to-day communications (Office & Site Team).

Participate on improvements to workflow and process flows.

Monitor training course dates for site staff and workers.

Assisting in the submission of newly joined service contracts to HR.

Assisting in attendance reports to clients and HR / Payroll team.

Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior deem fit.

Job Requirement

Relevant experience in handling administration work

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Must have a good command of written and spoken English

Independent and able to work in a fast pace environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Training will be provided

Able to start in a short notice / immediately

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of construction work on soft ground (PVD method).
• Plan and coordinate a project from start to finish, including organising the schedule of work, costings and budget.
• Plan the work and oversee the buying and rental of necessary materials and equipment.
• Manage staff for the project.
• Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress.
• Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed.
• Write reports.
• Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with clients and main contractor to inform them of progress on the project.
• Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.

REQUIREMENTS

• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must have excellent knowledge of PVD method and machines
