• To conduct daily briefings to team members before the start of shift duty.
• To provide the team with constructive criticism and be able to help them develop by coaching and teaching different selling related skills.
• To lead by example and excel in customer service, merchandise knowledge, selling skills as well as cashiering.
• To manage and improve the SOP and procedures related to inventory management at the assigned stores level.
• To attend meeting and conferences when required.
• Able to multitask, while also keeping the customer happy and satisfied.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

What Do We Want

• At least 3 years of travel retail or retail supervisory experience.
• Have excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Possess a professional and pleasant personality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work rotating shift on weekends and public holidays.
• 5 days work week.
