• Prepare response to any design, technical, construction or contractual queries from Contractor and obtain approval from SDC prior to issuance of the response.
• Assist SDC in the engagement and the liaison of any other specialists consultants / contractor required by the authorities, such as Accredited Checker and Accredited Checker (Geo) services, Registered Inspectors, instrumentation and monitoring specialist contractor, etc.
• Review suitability of the site supervisory team proposed by the Contractor and make recommendations to SDC.
