• Professional certification, such as CCM (certified construction manager), AC (associate constructor), or CPC (certified professional constructor)
• Working knowledge of green building practices

• Position: Sales Support/Coordinator (Construction/Engineering) - Up to $3800 + AWS
• Location: Lower Delta Road (2 Bus Stops from Tiong Bahru MRT)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30pm AND 1 Half Day Saturday per month
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + AWS + Medical Benefits + 7 Days Annual Leave (10 Days on 2nd year and 14 Days on 3rd year)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and do follow up with customers
• Liaise with Sales and Site Inspectors on the needs of the customers
• Maintain and file documents records
• Handle general call enquiries
• Maintain customer database record
• Perform purchasing roles
• Assist in sourcing of product Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in relevant studies
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook etc
• All with relevant experience welcome to apply
