Job Description:
Administrative Support
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars.
Coordination and Communication
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.
Document Preparation
- Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and well-organized.
Resource Management
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock is maintained.
- Support procurement processes as needed.
Event and Travel Arrangements
- Organize travel itineraries, including booking tickets, accommodation, and transportation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events or workshops.
Support Team Activities
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by supervisors or managers.
- Provide support to team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Problem Solving
- Address issues proactively and escalate when necessary.
- Contribute to improving administrative processes and workflows.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least O Level / ITE in Others or equivalent.
- Great computer literacy skills and attentive to detailsD
- Detail-oriented and have strong time management skills
- Able to drive is advantageous
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and software
